Local KMart: Flav-R-Ice 24 ct. freezer pops free after mail in rebate

My local KMart (Freeport, IL) had 24 pack freezer pops just outside the front door for $1.15 a pack and each package had a $2 mail in rebate form attached, so basically free after mail in rebate and the cost of  a stamp.
