Kellogs Cereal Rebate Offer = Free Gas Cards

Here is a downloadable rebate form for the Kellogs offer.  Purchase 10 boxes of qualifying cereal (listed on this form).  Then send in the UPC codes for a $10 gas card.  Complete instructions are on the form.  There is a limit of 5 gas cards per family.  Offer expires 12/31/11, so make a photo copy of the form and try to send it in 5 times before then.
